End of the World is Near Scientists | Latest News Update

Earth

According to a report in The Times, a team led by Jay Farihi, of the University of Leicester, UK, did the research. A research into dying stars that once blazed as brightly as the Sun has revealed a glimpse of the 'end of the world', which awaits the Earth billions of years from now.

The research suggests millions of other solar systems have endured the destiny predicted for the Earth when the Sun dies.

When stars like the Sun die, they swell into red giants.

When the process begins for the Sun in approximately 4 billion years, it will fill much of the inner solar system; most calculations suggest the Earth will be engulfed.

Once red giants burn themselves out, they collapse into much smaller bodies, known as white dwarfs.

These dying stars no longer sustain themselves with nuclear fusion, and glow only because of their residual heat as they cool over billions of years.

Dr Farihi said "What we have seen is a possible fate for our own solar system" he further added Many of the systems we are studying will have been similar to our own. It's a possibility that some of them ould once have held life," he added. (ANI)

How Bush Spends His Retirement | Latest New Update

George W Bush

43rd President of the United States, George W Bush loves to lead the simple life in Dallas, Texas.

Bush almost always arrives at his Dallas office by 7:30 a.m., a few minutes before many of his employees. He works on his book with the help of a speechwriter, leaves for a late afternoon bike ride and spends his evenings reading or watching televised golf or baseball.

He spends most of his weekends with his wife Lauraat their isolated ranch in Crawford, Texas, where he likes to wake up early, roam the 1,600 acres with a chainsaw and cut new bike trails.

About once each week, Bush travels to give a speech or raise money for his 300 million dollar presidential center, but he always moves inside an insulated bubble.

Their 1.13-acre property valued at about 2.4 million dollars is cocooned by 40 acres of private land and a trout-filled lake.

Most of his weekdays are spent 95 miles north, in Preston Hollow, an upper-class section of Dallas where he lived for seven years before becoming governor of Texas in 1995. He has declined to give interviews, except to discuss baseball or his book, and neighbours remain silent so as not to violate his privacy.

Bush works with a dozen aides from his administration, socializes with friends he has known for decades and lives in a conservative neighbourhood that voted for him both times by a ratio greater than 2 to 1.

News Update|North Korea Launched Rocket | Wats Motive Behind

North Korea Launched Rocket

American President Barack Obama said North Korean launch a rocket on sunday is s `provocative act.

Pyongyang fired what it said was a communications satellite around 11.30 am (0230 GMT) from North Korea's east coast, but Japan, South Korea and Washington believe the launch was a screen to test a long-range ballistic missile.

North Korea's Conducted the Launch as a mighty symbol of Kim Jong-il's leadership after a suspected stroke in August raised questions about his grip on power.

Rocket Launch is it Dangerous Many experts feel that it does not have
immediate threat to the region, other than the potential for pieces of the rocket to hit something or someone when it fell from the sky. but In the long term, any sort of test increases the threat posed by North Korea because it brings it closer to building a missile that can hit U.S. territory.

Obama Said
"I urge North Korea to abide fully by the resolutions of the UN Security Council and to refrain from further provocative actions.

The US remains committed to the six-party talks to halt North Korean nuclear activities.
