According to the developer, the 124 floor Pentominium "whose name is derived from two words penthouse and condominium" will be one of the world''s tallest man-made structures and is projected to be the second-tallest building in the world after Burj Dubai.
Total Build up area is about 170,000 square metres, and the project expected to take atleast 4 years.
