Kasab was arrested 2 year ago in 2006 by Indian agencies with the help of Nepalese forces in Kathmandu in year calimed Lawyer C M Farooque, In this regard case was lying pending in the Nepalese supreme court in which Nepalese forces and Indian High Commission were made respondents”, said the report.
The report further added that the advocate had claimed he wrote letters to Pakistan and Indian governments and addressed a press conference in Nepal on the issue. Farooque’s NGO was approached by Kasab’s parents for help.
Government is unnecessary wasting the time and paperwork, everyone is aware that kasab is Guilty and should be punished rather then wasting time.
