German Kim was born Tim but wanted to be a girl since the age of two. Kim is now 16, is famous in Germany for having hormone replacement therapy as part of her Gender tansition by the age 12.

Operation was done secretly last month, was authorised after psychologists confirmed that kim was " without doubt a girl in a boy's body"

Kim said " I was asked if i feel like a woman now-but the truth is i have always felt like a woman i just ended up in the wrong body" She further added that now she can enjoy swimming and bikinis, how she waited till her 16th Birthday so she could legaly have the operation.

Kim has a modelling career behind her and has launched a CD of music to critical acclaim.
